Horses that work intensely and/or sweat not only lose fluids, but also body minerals – electrolytes such as sodium, chloride and potassium. If they are not replaced, the horse can dehydrate and suffer from negative electrolyte balance, which will result in a lack of energy and willingness to work. Pavo ReHydrate is an ideal sports drink for horses that ensures immediate replacement of electrolytes, fluid and energy, which results in your horse recovering faster after hard performances.
Sports drink with electrolytes and glucose
Pavo ReHydrate provides the exact combination of electrolytes and a high content of glucose ensuring that the product is the optimal sports drink to help your horse recover from hard performances and/or heavy sweating. The rapid replacement of electrolytes ensures that the fluid and electrolyte balance is quickly restored. The balance is essential for the correct functioning of normal functions in the body, such as regulation of temperature and circulation.
The glucose in Pavo ReHydrate provides an energy boost and ensures good absorption of the electrolytes. A balanced glucose level stimulates the absorption of fluid and electrolytes in the body, and your horse will be able to convert energy more quickly and thus use it.
By giving Pavo ReHydrate, you stimulate the horse's natural thirst, which results in the necessary body fluids being replaced again.
Different ways to give your Pavo ReHydrate
