Payment

Piaf Copenhagen ApS accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay, Google Pay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical goods are dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using payment cards, both debit and credit, a reservation of the amount being transacted is made. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order.When the order is shipped, the money will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on debit card

With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available balance will show as being lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Authorization on credit card

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Piaf Copenhagen ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days, provided that the item is in stock.

If you order before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following day. If there are items that are out of stock, you can have your order split by writing to info@piafcopenhagen.com.

In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible about this and what we can do about the situation - for example,give you the money back, or help you find a similar item.

Piaf Copenhagen ApS ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day return policy is provided for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are to be borne by you. Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the order. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged and always returned in its original packaging.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us. If you choose to do this anyway, we will charge for the shipping costs.

When returning, you have the following two options: return via our return portal or with your chosen carrier.

Return via return portal

If you wish to return via Piaf Copenhagen ApS's return portal, you must create your return in the portal HERE.

Here, you will fill in information about your return, after which you will receive a return label and packing slip by email. Return label and packing slip must be printed. The packing slip is included in the shipment, and the return label is attached to the shipment.

Return with your chosen carrier

If you wish to return using your chosen carrier, please return the product to the address below:

When returning with your chosen carrier, please fill out and include this Cancellation and Return Form.

We recommend that you obtain a receipt for the submission/shipping of your return. This way, you can track the shipment and have documentation in case the package is lost.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you regret your purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or nothing of the purchase amount back. It is up to Piaf Copenhagen ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is provided for products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in materials and workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Piaf Copenhagen ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right of complaint is forfeited in the event of incorrect or unusual treatment of the product.

Piaf Copenhagen ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for filing a complaint that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least 720 DKK. The monetary limits may be changed. You will need to pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
