Omega 3-6-9 oil for horses
Horses cannot produce essential fatty acids themselves, even though these are important for many processes in the horse's body. The omega fatty acids are important for many types of processes in the body and support e.g. immune system, muscle recovery, joints and movement, skin and fur. Pavo OmegaFit not only contains omega 3 fatty acids with anti-inflammatory properties, but also the unique Omega 6 fatty acid GLA (gamma linolenic acid).

The big difference from comparable oils is that Ahiflower® has the largest proportion of naturally occurring Omega 3. This is because the fatty acids in Ahiflower® can be absorbed directly without the first breakdown step. This means that nothing is lost and that there is therefore more Omega 3 available for your horse. Such a high content of omega fatty acids is otherwise only found in animal products, where many horses are challenged by the taste.
